Your Spanish Language Coach will not reveal any information regarding coaching sessions to any other company or third party. She will not keep track of any document translated or conversation, unless the customer states so. Your contact data will remain confidential and will not be shared with any other company or third party.
In order to cancel or rearrange your online appointment as an exception, it is possible to do it until 24 hours before scheduled time. Otherwise, your appointed meeting will be charged.
Regarding other services hired, all work done until you announce your cancellation will be charged.
For live online coaching we will use Skype services under no cost. You just need Skype installed in your computer, a webcam, headphones and microphone and a good internet connection. Visit skype website to download its free software: http://www.skype.com.
For writing coaching, we will use Word processor via e-mail.
It is necessary to request a specific budget tailored to your needs with no obligation. In case of Writing Coaching, extra fees will be included in the budget according to difficulty and special delivery dates. Standard delivery date is three-four days.
Payment must be done by Paypal system. Ms Hernández will send you a paypal invoice with all information to proceed with payment together with your invoice form. You will be able to pay then using your Paypal account or your VISA or Mastercard credit card.
